Shipping Policy

We try to ship items as soon as possible. All items are made to order. Below are the general timelines with respect to item dispatch date :

Rings : 10-12 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time

Bracelets : 12-14 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time

Earrings : 10-12 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time

Necklace : 14-21 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time

Pendants : 10-12 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time

All the items are sent via UPS Express and tracking number is uploaded as soon as the item gets dispatched. Shipping time may vary due to weather conditions, bank holidays, weekends, factors not under control (wars, conflicts, disasters etc.)
